We have moved from a nation of laws and not men, to a nation of men and not laws. It is all very sad, and will not end well if the course is not changed. I don't follow politics very much, but it does frustrate me that the Supreme Court has the power and ability to make such changes as they can.<br /><br />I'm pretty sure I was taught in school that the three branches were created for checks and balances but it seems the Supreme Court is doing whatever it wants.
